ABSTRACT: An hydraulically controlled plate loading system mounted to a 100 T mobile load frame was deployed to capture the response from a series of 9 full-scale working platforms. The 9 trials subjected each platform to cyclic loading via 1 m2 square load plate. Results are presented in terms of shakedown response for comparison and interpretation. These trials will serve as the baseline data for future numerical simulations and laboratory-scale physical modeling.
